Companies that specialize in inspecting welds would have the necessary equipment if you want to go down that path. To do that right - that is, to actually reveal problems - would require at the very least an ultrasonic flaw detector or better yet x-ray imaging. The firearm was originally crafted with Damascus steel twist style barrels and external hammers. What you'd really want to know is whether there are any defects in the barrel that could cause it to fail. Parker Guns were designed and built predominately as side by side, double-barrel shotguns. Measuring the barrel wall thickness is often floated as a good idea, and it can be done with a barrel-wall thickness gauge, but I'm going to disagree with /u/MikeyBro here and opine that knowing the wall thickness might not tell you much.
